Our Story

Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical has thrived over the years, thanks to the strong foundation laid by our owner, Dean Gilford. Mentored in the HVAC industry at a young age, Dean gained invaluable knowledge and expertise from his Uncle Arnold in the electrical trade. Beyond technical skills, Uncle Arnold instilled in Dean the values of responsibility, time management, and hard work. "Work smarter and do the job right" became a motto that guides our every endeavor.

Dean's journey continued alongside his Uncle Ed, where he learned the heating and air conditioning business. Working together, they honed their craft and developed a shared passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Uncle Ed's constant question, "How can we better serve this customer?" drove our commitment to exceeding expectations.

In 1990, Dean fused the wisdom and principles passed down by his mentors into the fabric of Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical. Today, our team continues to uphold the ideals of craftsmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction that make Uncle Arnold and Ed proud.
