Hi, I’m just now delivering the most beautiful letters to the troops from Lennox Cox Community School, St. Mark’s School, and the lovely Daughters of the Revolution of Antelope Valley. Being a drop of location for “A Million Thanks” and helping to deliver heartfelt letters of gratitude to the brave active duty Soldiers and wounded Veterans has been an honor.
I wanted to share with you a little Thanksgiving tradition we have at our home that seems to make everyone feel grateful and reminds us we are ALL one big family:
We put out a bowl of crafty stuff, blank cards, and some pens. Everyone is invited to write a personal “thank you” note to someone serving in our military.
No pressure. What’s nice is that the letters will be delivered for Christmas and it really means so much to the soldiers to know that they are cared about when they are away during the holidays.
If you want to try it at your Thanksgiving, great! Please drop off your letters at Kilowatt or give them to your service tech, and I will make sure they are delivered.
Happy Thanksgiving friends,
