When Jessica Franco came to Kilowatt a few years ago we knew right away that she was a keeper. Smart and curious about every aspect of heating, air conditioning, electrical and customer service, accounting, ordering parts… She’s amazing! In fact when our service technicians go for additional training she goes with them and takes the same classes they do. Many times Jessica can be heard talking a customer through an over-the-phone diagnosis of a problem. She is truly caring, organized, and the funnest perfectionist you could ever meet.
There’s a good chance that when you call our Sherman Oaks office the May Employee of the Month will be the person you speak with. Jess is in charge of our service department. She takes the calls, determines which service technician is best for the job and helps our customers understand what is needed and why.
