Dead outlets. They happen, and they’re annoying. Of course, you don’t just want to curse your bad luck, yell at the failed outlet a bit, and then pull out extension cords so you can use a different plug. You want that outlet fixed. And in many cases, it’s best to have that outlet updated if it’s an older one. We don’t just mean upgrading from old two-prong outlets to three-prong grounded outlets—we hope your home already has three-pronged outlets throughout it. We mean making the upgrade to GFCI outlets.

An important air filter reminder!
Over the weekend, immense brush fires in Los Angeles County burned almost 6,000 acres. Aside from the damages, the fire caused, it also sent huge amounts of smoke and ash into the sky. This will likely have affected the air filter in your home’s HVAC system, leaving soot and dust deposits inside it. This debris not only restricts airflow for the HVAC system, it’s potentially unhealthy for the people in your household!

You know that kid who gets picked first in PE, that everyone wants on his team? That’s Rob. He is a PLEASURE to work with. Rob is strong, capable, smart, funny, a quick learner and a sincerely good guy. We almost lost him this year when he got really sick and his life was saved by the amazing doctors at Cedars. Afterwards when he was finally able to work again we snapped him up for Dean and the guys to teach him the HVAC trade. He works with everyone in the field and in the office. One of the people in the office is his mom Deb! So it’s a real family atmosphere over here, just how we like it. Thanks for giving us your best every day Rob. Congratulations on being voted Employee of the Month!
