She is the backbone of our operation and Dean’s right hand person. He doesn’t make a move or schedule anything without her. Ellie orders all the materials and keeps the accounting straight. Kilowatt would be grounded without her!
Ellie’s dad owned a sheet metal fabricating business. So she came with full knowledge of the HVAC business. Oftentimes she can be heard coaching a customer through a quick fix of their own system over the phone.
But skill and knowledge aren’t all that makes Ellie so loved and indispensable. Her magic ingredient is love, and she puts in it everything she does. Nobody gets left out of her circle of kindness and concern. No team members or customers escape her caring attention to detail and we know how lucky we are to have her!
